Liqueur produced in a monastery. The colours used suggest that the liqueur is saffron-based. Another possibility: Dom Pérignon trained another monk to make champagne. Behind them would be bottle racks.
la Littorale was founded in 1895 in Béziers from an oenology laboratory set up by the Swiss Hubert. It specializes in fertilizers and chemicals for vineyard treatment.
