The works
la Littorale was founded in 1895 in Béziers from an oenology laboratory set up by the Swiss Hubert. It specializes in fertilizers and chemicals for vineyard treatment.
The Eysséric berlingot confectionery was founded in 1851 in Carpentras, Vaucluse. The tetrahedral-shaped berlingot is made from the syrup of candied fruit.
