The newspaper L'Ouest-Eclair serialized Adrien Gaignon's novel: "Le charme fatal" from March 11 to May 8, 1931.
In 1932, L'Ouest-Eclair was the first French regional daily newspaper. It covered western France. It was replaced by Ouest-France in 1944.
Vercasson took over the poster project that Cappiello had done for Le Petit Parisien with Judex.The Petit Parisien is a French daily newspaper that, in 1916, had a circulation of nearly two million copies. Judex is a novel-film by Arthur Bernède that was adapted for the screen under the title: "La nouvelle mission de Judex."
Treatment for lice.
This product was manufactured in Meudon near Paris and in Brussels by the Moulard company. It also produced treatments for chapped skin sold in pharmacies, as well as insecticides, dyes, and stain removers.
A variant was published for Flanders.It could be an advertisement for a novel published in a periodical, a movie, or a draft cover for a novel.
