Aperitif wine marketed by the shipowner, importer, exporter Edmond Contré & Cie in Bordeaux. Cappiello proposed three sketches for this wine (first draft, second draft). This project is the third one.
An advertisement from November 1918 states that to avoid the Spanish flu, medical authorities recommend boiling and washing laundry using the antiseptic product La Boréale.
