Hutchinson is a French manufacturer founded by an American of the same name in 1853 in Chalette-sur-Loing. It started by manufacturing bicycle and car tires. Then from 1910 onwards, it diversified into coated fabrics for airplanes, airplane tires, and truck tires.
The company was founded by the Pathé brothers in 1896. It started with records and then from 1900, it ventured into cinema.

The Floreïne beauty cream by Laboratoire A. Girard in Paris launched a line of perfumes around 1920.
