The "Printemps Hausmann" store was inaugurated on April 4, 1910. It was intended to double the existing store. In 1909, a slogan appeared in advertising catalogs: "Les magasins du Printemps sont les plus élégants de Paris."
The Lorraine Coal Company for Electricity, established around 1887, operated the Fabius Henrion factory in Pagny-sur-Moselle. It manufactured dynamos, electric coals, and lamps, marketed under the Osmine and Faust brands. The company later became Carbone Lorraine, and today is known as Mersen.
