Tomato canning factory founded in 1868 in Lambesc in the Bouches-du-Rhône department. In 1935, a second factory was built in Meyrargues, a few kilometers away, to expand the fruit and vegetable canning business.
A first maquette was made for sparkling wine. Then the bottle was replaced by a Cinzano bottle painted separately on a piece of paper and slightly glued on top.
The company Isolabella & Figlio is based in Milan. Founded in 1870, it will market many aperitifs and spirits, including "Mandarinetto", a tonic aperitif, "High Life", white vermouth, and especially "Amaro", a 18-herb liqueur.
