  • In 1932, the L'Espérance brewery in Schiltigheim near Strasbourg was modernised with a new brewhouse, featuring six copper vats, stained glass windows and a sumptuous mosaic floor. This room, still in use, remains the symbol of the brewery. A variant has been made for an aperitif (1932214B1).
