Peppermint alcohol. In 1837, Doctor Pierre Mussot founded a small peppermint alcohol business in Asnières. Its growth led him to establish a factory in Nanterre, surrounded by an 80-hectare plot where he cultivated the mint needed for his products. In 1914, it became the Forvil cologne factory.

Lalo biscuit factory in L'Isle-sur-Sorgues. Pernot would continue to produce the flagship Lalo biscuit, the Amandine de Provence, under its own brand.
