The works
The Alimentation de Provence company experienced considerable growth during the First World War because it had secured the monopoly on corned-beef imports for the French army. After the war, it diversified into charcuterie with high-quality products such as Saucisson Mireille.
Air France was founded in 1933 through the merger of five French airlines: Air Union, Air Orient, Société Générale de Transport Aérien (SGTA), CIDNA, and Aéropostale.
